General Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
Access to and use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
The content and information displayed on this web site (“theforestclubresort.com”) is the property of The Forest Club Resort and is collectively referred to as (“The Forest Club Resort Information”, “The Forest Club Resort”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of Fern Information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.
Any use of the www.theforestclubresort.com website, or written communication with Theme Resorts, for the purposes of travel arrangements/ accommodation, confirms that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and fully accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are devised for the protection of all parties.
Acceptable Site Use
(A) Security Rules
Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web site, including, without limitation, (1) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (2) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (3) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus or “trojan horse” to the Web site, overloading, “flooding”, “mail bombing” or “crashing”, or (4) sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. WelcomHeritage and / or its associate entities will have the right to investigate occurrences that they suspect as involving such violations and will have the right to involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
(B) General Rules
Visitors may not use the Web Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others, or (c) that is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including
without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
It will be considered confirmed on payment of 100% of the package amount. Any further amount due for payment will be settled immediately on the day of the check out through cash or credit card/debit card.
Reservations, Amendments and Cancellations
All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings. Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.
In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel’s liability. The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.
The Forest Club Resort does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
The Forest Club Resort reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice.The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions stipulated by individual hotels.
Special Offers & Promotions
Offers and promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.
Charges and Payment Terms
The Forest Club Resort reserves the right to charge a deposit, where applicable, on confirmation of a reservation. If the payments are not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the booking without liability and retain the deposit. Where a deposit is required, payment can be settled by major credit card or in the event where no credit card is available, settlement in cash is necessary to facilitate the booking procedures. Additional charges will be levied on extra bed as per hotel’s extra bed policies and charges.
No Show Policy
In case of No Show, 100% charges will be applicable. There will be no refund
Unless indicated otherwise, all names, logos and trademarks are owned by The Forest Club Resort and can’t be used by anyone for any purpose without the express written agreement of The Forest Club Resort.

By providing these links, we are not endorsing, sponsoring or recommending such sites or the materials disseminated by or services provided by them, and are not responsible for the materials, services or other situations at or related to or from any other site.
Breakages and Damages
You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to the resorts during your holiday. If in the opinion of our Management your behavior is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.
For the avoidance of doubt, as there will be no contractual agreement between you and Company, as Company will process your personal data as the data processor of the Hotel and as Company does not control or verify the hotel information that hotels submit to this website (including, without limitation, the availability of rooms), Company shall neither be liable for (i) the accuracy of any hotel information shown on this website, including, without limitation, the availability of rooms; nor for (ii) any failure or delay in the transmission of any data submitted to this website, including but not limited to the details of your reservation, changes to or a cancellation of your reservation.
